KIng Kuanakah and the Magical Grant

King Kuanakah & The Magical Grant

Many years ago in the foreign land of Buhanae there lived King Kuanakah. King Kuanakah was a wonderful, loyal king who cared for his surroundings and family dearly.

When gold became more expensive and was slowly becoming extinct, King Kuanakah became so angry he began leading his Kingdom in many wrong directions. They started to turn against him and the King began growing so cruel and nasty that one day when Izzybeth went to give her father some Goldeniars (special golden stones) he threw them to the ground whilst saying only real gold CAN make me happy and stormed off ungratefully to his gold chamber, counting his gold angrily while muttering horrible things.

Suddenly a very peculiar figure appeared and said in a loud and stern but welcoming voice “I am here to grant you one wish and one only.” King Kuanakah said after paying very little attention “I wish and only wish for everything I touch to instantly turn to gold.” The peculiar shadow had slowly faded and had gone. King Kuanakah ran up the golden old-fashion but wonderful staircase faster than he had before and ran frantically to the garden and with the slightest touch of his palm it turned to gold.

He rushed inside to have dinner unaware of what was going to happen next. He sat down in his chair and it turned to gold, he picked up his cutlery and they turned to gold. He began to eat his dinner and it turned to hard and uneatable gold. King Kuanakah began to weep sadly. Izzybeth saw her father cry and ran to give him a hug and instantly she turned to a golden pearl.
King Kuanakah raced to his golden chamber to see if the strange thing was still there. He was about to turn to leave when the strange shadow appeared. King Kuanakah said ashamedly “Please, please, may you help me?” I need the Golden wish erased. Since that wish everything has become wrong.” King Kuanakah was beginning to explain about all of the things when the very strange figure quietened him. “I shall take your wish back If you do as I say.” said the strange figure. “I shall,” cried the King feeling very ashamed. “You my King must bathe in the Stream at the far end of the palace and while you’re in there everything you touched or had touched you will turn back to their normal selves.”

King Kuanakah jumped into the stream with his goggles and shorts and instantly everything turned back to normal. Leaving the gold to drift frantically to the bottom of the dark and deep stream King Kuanakah rushed to apologise felling very ashamed inside. Izzybeth and Elisebeth now forgave the King and accepted him for what he had done. And know we know why Gold is in our waters today.
